The junior section of New Brighton Rugby Club are looking to expand the number of players and teams they have .
Junior rugby is a form of rugby played by children (boys & girls) under nineteen. It is played according to a set of rules established by the RFU that will lead a child over time into full 15-aside rugby when reaching thirteen years old and then being equipped with the skills and knowledge to play the adult game successfully and safely.
What do children learn? • Sporting skills • Better physical conditioning and good health habits. • Control of emotions • Development of self-confidence and assurance. • Co-operation within a team • Appropriate standards of behaviour.
