Homework

All students at Wallasey School are expected to do homework. Student Planners are used to organise workloads, and the homework timetable is designed to balance the time spent on each subject.

The average requirement for years 7, 8 and 9 is 20-30 minutes per subject. In Years 10 and 11 this is increased to around 40 minutes.

However at various points, the demands of GCSE coursework may increase the average time spent. At Sixth Form level the requirements are considerably more.
